Introducing Etihad Wellness
With the population naturally hesitant to resume travelling in a post Covid-19 world, Etihad needed to reassure their passengers that when they are ready to travel, Etihad will have their safety at the heart of their operations.
Etihad’s guests and their wellness have always been at the heart of their airline. Therefore, it was only natural that Etihad implemented a number of new wellness measures throughout the entire customer journey, including dedicated Wellness Ambassadors, to look after the safety and wellbeing of all passengers on board.
As we see the world preparing to return back to a sense of normality, it was our job to work on the launch campaign that announced Etihad is flying again with new wellness measures. This meant responding fast.
We launched across all of Etihad’s digital channels. From their website, to their EDM to all across their social channels to ensure that all would-be passengers know that their wellness is Etihad’s priority.
