We’re delighted to welcome, not one, but two new creative additions: Majken Gram and Felipe (Lipe) Faria.

Both have had dazzling globe trotting careers ahead of settling in London and joining the Forever Beta team.

Originally from Denmark, Majken joins from Dubai where she worked as Associate Creative Director at Memac Ogilvy, winning multiple creative and effectiveness awards for her work with KFC and IKEA.

Before the Middle East, she travelled the world within the Ogilvy network, introducing a new, social way of thinking about advertising. Along the way, she worked at Ogilvy offices in Brussels, London, Amsterdam and Johannesburg with brands like Nespresso, American Express, Dove, Ford and Philips. Plus she has spent time working at Jung von Matt, BBDO, Grey and FCB across Europe, gaining a raft of diverse experience.

She says, “At the end of the day, a lot of advertising agencies are very alike. I’m excited to join one that’s not. To think different you have to be different.”

Lipe also brings with him a wealth of global and local experience. He started his career in his home country of Brazil working at an independent creative shop,  where by the age of 26 he was Creative Director for Volvo Cars and Electrolux.

He then took his automotive and electronic experience to Dentsu Inc, to work on more cars and electronics in Toyota, Lexus,  Canon and Sony, and…Cup Noodles. In 2017 tired of constant good weather he waved goodbye to the brazillian sunshine and moved with his wife, kids and two dogs to London to join Ogilvy/GTB.

His work has been recognized by some of the most influential awards and publications worldwide such as D&AD, Lürzer’s Archive and Wired magazine to name a few.

Lipe says, “At a time when adland appears to be going through an identity crisis, Forever Beta is the perfect place to be: independent, forward-thinking, agile and packed with great creative people in every department.”
